The emergence of novel inhibitors of these kinases in phase I, II and III clinical trials against cancer is indicative of the importance of receptor-mediated signaling in modern therapeutic interventions against cancer. The primary objective of our laboratory is to develop new models designed to enhance the efficacy of signal transduction inhibitors in the treatment of refractory tumours and to develop them as probes for chemical proteomics and personalized medicine.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dr. Bertrand J.
